Brian Riniker has been named the Director of Operations for Embarq Signature Homes, overseeing all facets of Embarq's high-end custom homebuilding division that was created in 2022. Born and raised in Northeast Iowa, Riniker was introduced to the world of homebuilding at an early age, working alongside his father, a skilled home builder. That early hands-on experience sparked a lifelong passion for construction and craftsmanship.
Riniker joins the Embarq team after building a career spanning both production and high-end custom homebuilding in Colorado. With an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, followed by a postgraduate degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, he brings a wealth of custom homebuilding experience to the Embarq team.
"From superintendent and project manager roles to leadership positions at the director level, Brian has developed a deep understanding of the industry, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. We're fortunate to have him leading our operations," said Senior Vice President of Iowa Homebuilding and Land Development Rachel Flint.
Embarq Signature Homes is a luxury, custom homebuilder in Des Moines. Embarq was featured in the 2024 Home Show Expo, featuring a $1.9 million home that won numerous awards and accolades during the three week show.
