Training Programs


Because we value our team, we invest in our associates top-to-bottom. We have unique education tracts provided by our Hubbell University team and plenty of workshops and conferences for each different Hubbell business.
Paid Family Leave


All new parents are now afforded the option to spend four paid weeks at home with their new child. This benefit is available to all full-time employees whether a biological child or an adoption and is available to both mothers and fathers.

Diversity & Inclusion Committee

In 2018, the Hubbell Realty Company executive team created the Diversity & Inclusion Committee to focus efforts on these two pillars. 

Made up of staff from all levels of the company, the Diversity & Inclusion Committee has developed diversity training, supported community inclusion events, and raises concerns and develops solutions to ensure an inclusive team structure from the CEO all the way to part-time employees.
