Indigo Living, its associates and properties brought home eight individual awards from the Greater Iowa Apartment Association (GIAA) Pinnacle of Excellence Awards. The awards were announced on Friday, December 6th as part of the annual celebration and ceremony.
The awards:
Property Management Company of the Year – Indigo Living
Regional Maintenance Supervisor of the Year – Tom Farmer
Leasing professional of the Year – Tiffany Rocha (Forge65)
Assistant Manager of the Year – Jeremiah French (LINC at Gray’s Station)
Community Manager of the Year (Up to 200 units) - Rakisha Rightmire (VUE)
Best Marketing Campaign – Rialto
Best Resident Activities – LINC at Gray’s Station
Community of the Year (Over 201+ Units) - ConvergeNW
