Effective January 1, 2024, Hubbell Realty Company is proud to announce the following leadership promotions:
- Kyle Gamble, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
- Kyle Gamble joined Hubbell Realty Company as a commercial real estate broker in 1994, later being promoted to Managing Director of then CBRE |Hubbell Commercial before being named Executive Vice President in 2021. Gamble will lead Hubbell Realty Company’s operational and strategic initiatives and oversee all operating units within Hubbell.
- Joe Pietruszynski, Executive Vice President of Construction, Building Development and Management
- Joe Pietruszynski joined Hubbell in 2004 and has been instrumental in Hubbell’s continued land development and building development growth and success in Central Iowa and Greater Omaha, Nebraska. Pietruszynski’s role will expand to include Hubbell Construction Services, Hubbell Building Development, Indigo Living and Hubbell Property Management.
- Ashley Aust, Senior Vice President, General Counsel
- Ashely Aust joined Hubbell in 2012 and has expanded her role to include Legal, Process Improvement and Human Resources. Aust continues to provide critical legal oversight to all divisions of Hubbell.
- Rachel Flint, Senior Vice President of Iowa Homebuilding and Land Development Operations
- Rachel Flint joined Hubbell in 2004 and will now oversee all Iowa-based Hubbell homebuilding operations including Hubbell Homes, established in 1998, Embarq Signature Homes and Origin Homes, both established in 2021. Flint will also oversee HRC Association Management and Hubbell Land Development.
- *Dave Vogtman, Senior Vice President of Omaha Operations
- Dave Vogtman joined Hubbell in 2018 and has overseen tremendous growth of the Nebraska homebuilding, land development and title operation divisions of The Home Company, The Land Company and Premiere Land and Title. In his new role, Vogtman will also work alongside Hubbell Building Development in future multifamily and industrial construction projects in the Omaha metropolitan area.
- Steve Campadilli, Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer
- Steve Campadilli joined Hubbell in 2008 and has overseen the considerable growth in the financial, strategic and partnerships Hubbell has created throughout various projects.
- Jim Sarcone – Vice President, Asset Management, Risk, Real Estate Tax and Golf
- Jim Sarcone joined the Hubbell team in 2016 to enhance the focus on risk management, insurance quality and real estate taxes. Since then, Sarcone has grown the role exponentially and his role will include leading Highmark Senior Living, the manager of our Edencrest communities, and Woodland Hills Golf.
- Russell Endriss – Vice President, Asset Management and Finance
- After joining the Hubbell team in 2007, Russell Endriss expanded the Asset Management and Finance department of Hubbell. Endriss role will include a continued oversight of Hubbell’s assets and financial processes in all sectors.
- Matt Weller – Vice President of Building Development
- Matt Weller joined the Hubbell team in 2013 and has proven to be an influential leader for our development division. Matt will continue to lead our building development efforts with a focus on a variety of multifamily products and industrial products in Iowa and Nebraska.
- Kimber Davis – Vice President HRC Association Management
- Kimber Davis joined the Hubbell team in 2016 and has proven to be a strong leader for the association management division, expanding Hubbell’s services into the Omaha market.
- Susanne Roesch – Director of Operations, Hubbell Homes
- Susanne Roesch joined Hubbell in 2012 and is an integral part of the Hubbell Homes homebuilding successes both in the suburban communities as well as spearheading downtown homebuilding efforts at Gray’s Station and The Banks.
- *Nick Dolphens – Vice President, The Home Company
- Nick Dolphens has been with Hubbell Realty since 2018 and is stepping into the Vice President role after 13 years with The Home Company in various roles.
- Jessica Galvez – Regional Vice President, Indigo Living
- Jessica Galvez has been with Hubbell since 2013 and is a critical leader for Indigo Living as it transitioned from Hubbell Apartment Living and continued its expansion into new regions and states. Galvez will continue to lead property management and regional teams with her multifamily management expertise.
Rick Tollakson will continue to operate as CEO of Hubbell Realty Company as he’s done since 2004.
