Rachel Flint, Senior Vice President of Iowa Homebuilding, Land Development & HRC Association Management, received the National Home Builder Associations (NAHB) Lifetime Delegate award during this year's International Builder Show in Las Vegas.
The achievement status is granted by NAHB to Flint's status as Director for the last 10 years. The status recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the home building industry throughout their careers; this award is often presented during the show itself.
The NAHB Leadership Council is made up of Builder and Associate members who have been nominated by their local and state associations to act as the voice of the home building industry as the association discusses industry issues and the policies required to address these issues, and elects the leadership of the association. They are the foundation upon which the national association is built, giving direction — based on their own experience yet weighing the needs of the membership at large — on advocacy issues and industry policy.
