Pleasant Hill, IA – Hubbell Realty Company has completed its ninth Edencrest™ senior living community with Edencrest at Pleasant Hill. The community has 70 apartment homes with studios, one and two beds and officially opened to the public this December.

This $17 million community has 70 homes: 44 assisted living homes and 26 memory care homes. This community is in the rapidly developing area of Pleasant Hill along Martha L.
