Nick Dolphens leads the Operations Team at The Home Company based in Omaha, Nebraska. His responsibilities include overseeing and managing preconstruction, purchasing, production, and warranty departments. 

In 2012, Dolphens was integral in founding The Home Company alongside Dave Vogtman, today’s Senior Vice President of Operations. Dolphens worked as the Director of Operations and Owner of The Home Company until Hubbell Realty Company acquired in 2019. Prior to this, Dolphens worked for Nebraska’s largest homebuilder leading operations and home construction throughout the state as well as Army Corp of Engineers and Nebraska’s Department of Economic Development.

Dolphens graduated from University of Nebraska in Construction Management and Pre-Architecture Program.
