In 2000, Brian relocated to Colorado and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, followed by a postgraduate degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Over the past two decades, he has built a career spanning both production and high-end custom homebuilding. From superintendent and project manager roles to leadership positions at the director level, Brian has developed a deep understanding of the industry, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Born and raised in Northeast Iowa, Brian was introduced to the world of homebuilding at an early age, working alongside his father, a skilled home builder. That early hands-on experience sparked a lifelong passion for construction and craftsmanship.
