Jed W. Gines is a seasoned healthcare executive with 19 years of diverse experience in healthcare operations, sales, and management. In his role, Jed is responsible for overseeing management, retention and strategic operations of Highmark Senior Living, a senior living property management division of Hubbell, and ten of its Edencrest communities. Gines has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, implementing strategic initiatives, and building high-performance teams across skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living, and memory care environments. With leadership roles spanning multiple states and organizations, Gines has consistently demonstrated his ability to foster strong relationships, elevate service delivery, and develop organizational cultures that prioritize care and customer satisfaction.
Throughout his career, he has successfully managed portfolios of SNFs and assisted living communities, leading complex operational transformations and implementing effective policies that have resulted in significant improvements in financial performance, occupancy rates, and regulatory compliance. Notable roles include serving as Director of Operations at Aspire Senior Living, Executive Director at Sandpiper Post Acute, and Regional Vice President of Operations at Milestone Retirement, among others.
In addition to his professional expertise, Gines is a dedicated board member of the Missouri Association of Nursing Home Administrators (MANHA), where he contributes strategic leadership and guidance to the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science from Utah Valley State College.
Outside of work, Gines is passionate about sports and outdoor activities, with a particular love for rodeo, having been a 1998 State and National High School Rodeo Steer Wrestling Champion. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, he served a mission in Taiwan, which further enriched his leadership skills and cross-cultural communication.
