April Breig, Vice President of New Home Site Realty, joined Hubbell Realty Company in early 2001. In her role, Breig is responsible for the management and sales of all residential single-family lots for Hubbell Realty Company divisions through New Home Site Realty.

Breig brings over 28 years of real estate knowledge to the team. Prior to her current role, she started her career at Hubbell as a legal assistant in the legal department, closing the single-family lots at that time. She then moved over to Land Development selling single-family lots in addition to managing the Hubbell HOA portfolio. She has closed over 2,800 residential lots, making her an expert in her field.
