Diana Briggs

Vice President, Human Resources

Diana Briggs joined Hubbell as the Vice President of Human Resources in 2023.  In her role, she oversees the company’s human resources operations. She is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. In addition to this, Diana provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders and the board of directors.

Diana brings with her over 15 years of Human Resources experience as a results-driven, strategic thinker. Before joining Hubbell, Diana spent 7 years with the Krause Group in multiple roles. During this time, Diana was a member of the Krause Group Senior Leadership Team responsible for the mission, vision, values & strategic plan for the Krause Group parent company and all Krause Group businesses. She worked to develop and implement international strategies and led a cross-functional team to carry it out and build out the HR function in Italy. Her varied expertise includes job design, talent management, employee relations, and organizational structure design.
